摘要
高炉生产的稳定对于整个钢铁企业生产流程来说至关重要,高炉炼铁生产的工序能耗和生产成本都占到了钢铁企业生产的70%以上。为了回答什么是高炉稳定的问题,通过数据统计计算、对比分析等研究方法,提出了一种判定高炉稳定的判据。对比分析了宝钢和首钢稳定性较好的高炉的焦比偏差,研究了高炉不同焦炭负荷和不同综合入炉品位条件下焦比递减额,探讨和揭示了高炉生产稳定水平的标准,提出了高炉生产稳定问题的技术观点。
It's important to keeping blast furnace stability of production because that the proportion of blast furnace energy consumption and production cost is above 70%in the iron and steel enterprise.In order to explain the production stability of blast furnace,a lot of statistic data were counted and analyzed.The coke ratio standard deviation of blast furnace with stable production at Baosteel and Shougang Corporation were compared and a kind of means about measuring blast furnace stable production was suggested.Decreasing amount of coke ratio under different coke load and comprehensive iron grade into blast furnace were also studied.Technical standpoint for blast furnace stable production was proposed according to discussion on the standard of blast furnace stability level.
