摘要
以西南某地新发现的含有少量稀土元素的低品位稀有金属复合矿为原料,研究了采用柱式浸出法浸出稀土的可行性。试验结果表明,该稀有金属复合矿中以吸附相存在的风化壳淋积型稀土矿仅占30%左右,大部分稀土以未风化的独立矿床存在。采用焙烧-酸浸工艺处理该复合矿,稀土浸出率大于81%,铌浸出率大于88%,镓浸出率可达99.08%,获得了良好的稀土、铌、镓浸出效果。
The feasibility was studied of leaching rare earth by column leaching from a low-grade rare metal complex ore containing a small amounts of rare earth and new-found in southwest China.The results show that weathered-crust elution-deposited rare earth ore in adsorption state is only about 30% in the above rare metal complex ore,and most of the rare earth exists in the presence of unweathered independent mineral deposit.After the above ore is processed by roasting-acid leaching,the leaching rate of rare earth is above 81%,the leaching rate of Nb is above 88%,and the leaching rate of Ga reaches 99.08%,with good leaching results of rare earth,niobium and gallium.
