摘要
以60kA底部阴极电解槽为研究对象,利用有限元软件建立了稀土电解槽的三维电场数学模型,对90、100、110、120mm几种不同极距工况下稀土电解槽电场分布情况进行模拟,并对模拟结果进行了分析;结果表明100mm为最佳极间距。
Based on 60 kA bottom-cathode rare earth electrolysis cell,mathematical model was built of threedimensional electric field in rare earth electrolysis cell using finite-element analysis software.The electric filed distribution was simulated with different polar distances of 90 mm,100mm,110 mm and 120 mm,and the simulation results were analyzed.The results show that 100 mm is the best polar distance.
