摘要
我国制造业大而不强,其中重要零部件的寿命低、可靠性差,这为我国制造业的致命伤。本文作者及研究团队通过对企业的大量调研,发现我国大量生产没有竞争力的低附加值产品,付出沉重的资源与环境代价,难以持续发展,高端装备与关键零部件仍然依赖进口,威胁国家的经济安全和国防安全。因此,大力推动高性能化智能制造对我国制造业的健康转型和科学发展具有重大意义。本文分析了我国开展高性能化智能制造的可行性,提出了高性能化智能制造总体框架和主要内容,最后提出了发展高性能化智能制造的几点建议。
The manufacturing production in China is huge,however,with the poor quality which causes the low lifetime and less reliable of key parts. Intensive investigation was performed and the authors found that many factories were producing lots of low value-added products with the price of resource-wasting and environmental pollution,while the high-end equipments and key parts were still dependent on import,making great risks for our national economic and defense security. Therefore,it's significant to develop high performance intelligent manufacturing for the healthy transition and scientific progress of our national manufacturing industry. The feasibility of developing high performance intelligent manufacturing was analyzed,and the general framework,major contents and some suggests were proposed.
