回火温度对铁素体/马氏体双相不锈钢组织与性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 利用扫描电镜、透射电镜等试验手段,研究了回火温度对铁素体/马氏体双相不锈钢组织与性能的影响规律。结果表明,试验钢的组织为马氏体+铁素体,组织存在大量位错,经回火处理后,马氏体板条间以及双相界面处均发现了M23C6相析出,其颗粒尺寸随着回火温度的升高而逐渐增大。回火温度对力学性能的影响主要表现为,随着回火温度的升高,抗拉强度与规定塑性延伸强度均有所降低,断后伸长率与断面收缩率基本保持一致,而冲击性能却显著提高。此外,经回火处理后试验钢的磁性能得到显著改善。 Effect of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of ferritic/martensitic double phases stainless steel was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) , transmission electron microscope ( TEM) and other test methods.The results show that the microstructure of the tested steel is martensite and ferrite which contains lots of dislocation.After tempering treatment, the phase of M23 C6 is precipitated in the matrix, and with the tempering temperature increasing, the precipitate phase which formed between martensite lath and martrnsite-ferrite interface grows up.It is indicated that the tensile strength and proof strength of the tested steel decrease with the increase of the tempering temperature, the elongation and reduction of area are unchanged substantially, while the impact toughness is improved significantly.In addition, the magnetic property of the tested steel can be significantly improved by the tempering treatment.
