温轧及球化退火对45钢组织与性能的影响 被引量:9

Effects of warm rolling and spheroidizing annealing processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of 45 steel

摘要 对温轧后的45钢进行球化退火,研究了温轧及球化退火工艺参数的变化对退火组织与性能的影响,讨论了45钢温轧+球化退火工艺的可行性。结果表明,温轧能加速球化和再结晶过程;随着退火温度和保温时间的增加,球化和再结晶更加充分。退火后渗碳体平均粒径在1.2μm以下,铁素体粒径在2.5μm以下,综合力学性能良好。该退火工艺简单,周期短,证明了温轧工艺的可行性。 Spheroidizing annealing process was carried out on 45 steel after warm rolling.The effects of warm rolling and spheroidizing annealing processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of 45 steel were investigated. The feasibility of warm rolling and spheroidizing annealing process on 45 steel was discussed.The results show that warm rolling can accelerate the spheroidizing and recrystallization processes.With the increase of annealing temperature and holding time, spheroidizing and recrystallization are even more fully.After annealing, the average particle size of cementite is less than 1.2 μm, and the average grain size of ferrite is less than 2.5 μm. The comprehensive mechanical properties are even better after warm rolling and spheroidizing annealing.The annealing process is simple and short-cycled, which also proves the feasibility of warm rolling process at the same time.
