40CrNiMo钢替代进口钎尾的热处理工艺 被引量:1

Heat treatment process of 40CrNiMo steel for replacing imported shank

摘要 通过成分分析、显微组织观察、力学性能测定,对进口钎尾的组织与性能进行研究。分析了热处理工艺及参数对国产替代材料40Cr Ni Mo钢性能的影响。结果表明:进口钎尾产品的材料为日本钢SNCM439,显微组织为细小回火索氏体,抗拉强度高达1198 MPa,冲击吸收能量为102 J;40Cr Ni Mo经过600℃回火后,实现了最佳的强韧性配合;860℃正火+650℃高温回火+860℃淬火+600℃回火处理后,40Cr Ni Mo钢的力学性能基本达到进口产品的性能要求。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of imported shank were investigated by using composition analysis,microstructure observation and mechanical property test.The effects of heat treatment processes and parameters on mechanical properties of 40CrNiMo steel were analyzed.The results show that this imported shank is made of Japanese SNCM439 steel and the microstructure is composed of tempered sorbite.Its tensile strength is 1198 MPa and impact absorbed energy is 102 J.40CrNiMo steel has the perfect combination of strength and toughness after tempering at 600 ℃.The property of 40CrNiMo steel has reached the standard of imported products,when first normalized at 860 ℃and tempered at 650 ℃,and then tempered at 600 ℃after oil quenching at 860 ℃.
