电脉冲处理频率及电压对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢氮碳共渗的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段,研究了不同频率和电压的电脉冲处理对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢固体氮碳共渗时渗层厚度和渗层元素分布的影响。结果表明,在550℃保温1 h的氮碳共渗工艺条件下,脉冲频率为9 Hz、脉冲电压为8 k V时的氮碳共渗效果最佳,渗层表面整齐清晰,没有脱氮现象且化合物层厚度大于传统的未经电脉冲处理氮碳共渗时的厚度。氮碳共渗时施加电脉冲处理可有效提高渗层厚度,达到了缩短工艺时间和节约能源的目的。 Effects of frequency and voltage of electric pulse treatment on solid nitrocarburization of 1Cr18Ni9 Ti steel were investigated by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy and EDS. The results show that the best effect of nitrocarburization can be got when the 1Cr18Ni9 Ti steel sample is nitrocarburized at 550 ℃ for 1 h and then electric pulsed with the frequency of 9 Hz and voltage of8 k V. The surface of nitrocarburized layer is neat and clear. The depth of the nitride layer is much deeper than that obtained by the conventional process without electric pulse treatment. Electric pulse treatment can effectively increase the thickness of nitride layer. At the same time,the process time can be shortened and the energy can be saved.
