摘要
采用热膨胀法结合金相-硬度法,对7Cr Mn Mo S钢连续冷却转变过程进行研究。结果表明,当冷却速度低于25℃/h时,转变产物为珠光体;当冷却速度大于14℃/s时,转变产物为完全马氏体,维氏硬度达到最高875 HV5。
Contionuous cooling transformation behavior of 7Cr Mn Mo S steel was investigated by dilatometry and metallography hardness tests.The results show that the austenite transformation products are pearlite when the cooling rate is lower than 25 ℃ / h. Those will be totally martensite if the cooling rate is higher than 14 ℃ / s,and the maximum Vichers hardness reaches 875 HV5.
