摘要
为了研究酵母铬对热应激种公兔睾丸组织结构及血清生殖激素的影响,本试验选用成年健康种公兔72只,随机分为6组,每组12只,空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,分别在基础日粮中添加0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0mg/kg铬量的酵母铬,作为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组日粮,在热应激条件下(种公兔饲养于人工气候仓内,气温设定为29~33℃,24h循环变温,33℃维持4h,)饲养60d。结果显示,热应激条件下,在基础日粮中添加0.8~1.0mg/kg铬量的酵母铬可有效缓解热应激对种公兔睾丸生精机能的损害,提高种公兔血清睾酮(T)、促黄体素(LH)和促卵泡素(FSH)的含量。
The design was used to study the effect of adding chrome in diets on spermary tissue structure and generative hormone in serum of rabbit under heat stress.72 adult healthy male rabbits were divided randomly into 6groups.Rabbits in the control group were fed with the basal diet,and the treatment groups were given the diet supplemented with 0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0 mg chrome respectively,The rabbits were raised under heat stress(artificial climate laboratory temperature was seted at 29-33℃,cycling 24 hour,33℃lasting 4hours)for 60 days.The results showed that the diet adding 0.8-1.0mg/kg chrome can efficiently respite inhibitory effect of heat stress on spermary,and rise content of T,LH and FSH in serum of rabbits.
