摘要
选择猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒和抗体阴性、猪伪狂犬病抗体阴性、猪瘟抗原阴性的20头仔猪,随机分成4组,分别为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组及对照组,分别设计3种猪瘟、猪伪狂犬病和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征免疫程序,首免后第2周开始每隔2周分别采血检测抗体。试验结果表明只有试验Ⅰ组的免疫程序可行,即:21日龄进行猪瘟疫苗首免,60日龄加强免疫1次,母猪分娩前10日龄进行猪伪狂犬疫苗首免,35日龄加强免疫1次,35日龄进行猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗首免,60日龄加强免疫1次。
20piglets without porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus and antibody,pseudorabies virus antibody,and hog cholera virus without antibody,were randomly divided into 4group.3kinds of immune programming were designed respectivly,antibody was detected after the initial inoculation in all piglets every three weeks.The results showed that only one group for immunization program was feasible,namely:swine fever vaccine were inoculated at 21-day-old as initial inoculation,booster vaccinations at 60-day-old after the first inoculation(21d).All piglets were given pseudorabies virus vaccinations before farrowing 10 d,booster vaccinations at 60-dayold.Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus vaccinations were inoculated at 35-dayold as initial inoculation,booster vaccinations at 60-day-old.
