孕鼠补硒对新生乳鼠十二指肠抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

Effect of selenium supplement to pregnant rats on antioxidant capacity of duodenum in newborn rats

摘要 为探讨孕鼠补硒对新生乳鼠十二指肠抗氧化能力的影响,将9只健康Wistar孕鼠随机分为低剂量补硒组(0.4mg/L,n=3)、高剂量补硒组(0.6mg/L,n=3)和对照组(0.0mg/L,n=3)。母鼠分娩后取新生乳鼠,测体质量,计算新生乳鼠的脾脏和胸腺指数,并测定十二指肠内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总超氧化物歧化酶(TSOD)的活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组新生乳鼠的初生体质量没有显著变化(P>0.05),胸腺指数和脾脏指数均显著升高(P<0.01),十二指肠内GSH-Px、T-SOD和T-AOC均显著降低(P<0.01)。结果表明,孕鼠补硒降低了新生乳鼠十二指肠的抗氧化能力。 In order to observe the effect of sodium selenite supplement to pregnant rats on the antioxidant ability of duodenum in neonatal rats,9healthy Wistar pregnant rats were randomly divided into 3groups including low dose group(0.4mg/L,n=3),high dose group(0.6mg/L,n=3)and control group(0.0mg/L,n=3).The newborns were removed after delivery,then weighed and decapitated.We calculated the viscera index of spleen and thymus,and determined the activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in duodenum.The results showed there was no significant difference in birth weight between experiment groups and control group,selenium supplement significantly increased the index of thymus and spleen(P<0.01)and downgulated the activities of T-SOD,GSHPx,and T-AOC in duodenum(P<0.01).This study suggests the selenium supplement to pregnant rats could decrease the antioxidant activity in the duodenum of neonatal rats.
