摘要
针对村镇低层与多层建筑和再生材料应用,研发了一种模塑聚苯乙烯保温模块单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙,该剪力墙由保温模块、再生混凝土、单排钢筋、异形柱边框和面层砂浆复合而成。进行了2个足尺剪力墙试件低周反复荷载试验,1个为模塑聚苯乙烯保温模块单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙试件,另1个为普通单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙试件。分析了2个试件的破坏特征、承载力、位移与延性、刚度退化及耗能性能等,提出了保温模块单排配筋剪力墙受剪承载力计算模型,其计算结果与试验符合较好。研究结果表明:与普通单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙相比,模塑聚苯乙烯保温模块单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙承载力明显提高,刚度退化减慢,延性好,耗能能力大幅度提高。模塑聚苯乙烯保温模块单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙可用于村镇低层和多层抗震结构中。
The recycled aggregate concrete shear wall with expandable polystyrene( EPS) insulation modules and single layer of reinforcement was proposed. This shear wall is composed of insulation blocks,recycled aggregate concrete,single layer of reinforcement,special shaped edge columns,and mortar layers. Quasi-static tests of two fullscale shear wall specimens were conducted under low-cycle reversed loading. One of the specimens was a single-layer reinforced recycled aggregate concrete shear wall with EPS insulation blocks,while the other specimen was a singlelayer reinforced recycled aggregate concrete shear wall without heat insulation blocks. Load-carrying capacity,ductility,stiffness,energy dissipation,and failure mechanism were compared. The shear capacity calculation formula of single layer reinforced recycled aggregate concrete shear wall with heat insulation blocks was proposed,the results from which fit well with the test results. The conclusions are drawn that single layer reinforced recycled aggregate concrete shear wall with insulation blocks has dramatically increased load-carrying capacity, lower stiffness degradation,better ductility,and significantly higher energy dissipation compared with one without insulation blocks;and that single layer reinforced recycled aggregate concrete shear wall with insulation blocks could be used in low-rise and multi-story buildings in the rural areas.
