自锚式钢箱梁悬索桥主缆锚固端模型试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 以桃花峪黄河大桥为工程背景,开展自锚式钢箱梁悬索桥主缆锚固结构的缩尺模型试验研究,采用ABAQUS程序,建立了缩尺模型试验的精细有限元模型。试验研究表明:后锚板的荷载-应力曲线存在阶梯状分布特点,呈现沿后锚板、前锚板至顶板、纵隔板逐渐衰弱的规律,说明在缩尺模型试验中存在显著的圣维南现象。将有限元分析结果与试验结果对比分析,二者吻合良好,精细有限元模型能够较好地模拟缩尺模型试验。桃花峪黄河大桥主缆锚固结构设计合理,安全储备高。 Based on the prototype of the Taohuayu Bridge,an experimental study on behaviors of cable anchorage section of self-anchored suspension bridges with steel box girders was carried out. An elaborate finite element model,which is highly consistent with the test model,was established using ABAQUS. From the test results,it is observed that the total cable tension-stress curves of several measurement points on the rear anchor plate have ladder-shaped characteristic,and that this characteristic fades from the rear anchor plate to the front anchor plate and then to the top plate and web plate as the distance between the measurement point and the anchor end. This phenomenon demonstrates that strong reflection of the Saint-Venant Principle exists in the scaled model test of the cable anchorage section. Then,the test total cable tension-stress curves were compared with the elaborate finite element analysis( FEA) results. It is shown that the FEA results agree well with the test results. This comparison result demonstrates that the elaborate finite element model established in this research can accurately predict the mechanical behaviors of the scaled model test.Finally,it is concluded that the cable anchorage section of the Taohuayu Bridge is well designed on the safe side.
