枸杞多糖和茯苓多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫增强及对肠道黏膜的免疫调节作用

Effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides and Pachymaran on immune function and intestinal mucosal system in immunosuppressive mice

研究比较枸杞多糖和茯苓多糖对免疫抑制小鼠的系统免疫功能的影响及2种多糖对肠道黏膜免疫系统的调节作用,通过腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,观察小鼠脾脏器官指数变化、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、流式细胞术检测小鼠脾脏T细胞亚群CD4+/CD8+比例及肠派氏结CD3+、CD19+细胞比例、ELISA检测血清及小肠组织中IL-12、IL-4、IFN-γ细胞因子水平变化评价2种多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能及肠道黏膜的影响。结果显示,2种多糖可提高免疫抑制小鼠脾脏指数,增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,影响免疫抑制小鼠CD4+/CD8+细胞亚群比例及肠派氏结T、B淋巴细胞比例和细胞因子水平。结果表明,枸杞和茯苓多糖均对免疫抑制小鼠具有免疫增强作用,茯苓多糖的免疫调节效应显著优于枸杞多糖,且2种多糖均对肠道黏膜免疫系统具有调节作用。

Explore the immune function of lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP)and Pachymaranin immunosuppressive mice and the effects on intestinal mucosal system.Immunosuppressed mice model is established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide.The influence of LBP and Pachymaranon the immune system is evaluated by detecting some parameters such as spleen index,phagocytosis ability of peritoneal macrophage,proportion of spleen T cell subsets CD4+/CD8+and CD3+,CD19+cell in intestines Peyers and IL-12,IL-4,IFN-γlevel in serum and intestinal tissue.The results showed that LBP and Pachymarancan enhance spleen index of immunosuppressive mice and improve the phagocytosis ability of peritoneal macrophage.Besides,LBP and Pachymaran have an effect on the subsets of CD4+/CD8+cell and T,B lymphocytes in intestinal Peyers,and the cytokine levels in mice.Both LBP and Pachymarancan relief the mice immunosuppressive condition caused by cyclophosphamide,and the immunological enhancement effect of polysaccharides is obviously better than LBP.LBP and Pachymaran can regulate the intestinal mucosal immune system.
