碳纤维凝固过程的径向扩散模型与仿真分析

摘要 在以聚丙烯腈二甲基亚砜溶液为纺丝液、二甲基亚砜水溶液为凝固液的纺丝体系中,研究碳纤维纺丝的凝固过程,提出求解径向的扩散数学模型,得到各径向的浓度分布及浓度随时间变化的曲线,通过改变模型参数考察纺丝条件对凝固过程的影响。仿真结果表明,增加纺丝液中的固含量,延长凝固时间,使用较粗纺丝条会延长凝固时间,有利于获得结构均匀、致密的纤维。提出的数学模型求解方法通用性好,可用于求解其他纤维纺丝过程的数学模型。 Considering that Polyacrylonitrile Dimethyl Sulfoxide solution and Dimethyl Sulfoxide aqueous solution were used as the spinning dope and coagulating liquid respectively, the solidification process in spinning system of carbon fiber was studied. The radial concentration distribution and the curve of time-dependence concentration were proposed. The influence of the spinning conditions on the solidification process was investigated by changing the parameters of the model. The results show that extending the coagulation time by using coarser article spinning or increasing the solid content in dope can help to obtain the fiber with uniform structure and densification. The proposed method has good generality and can be used for solving the mathematical models of other spinning systems.
