副猪嗜血杆菌病疫苗新制苗菌株FS0307的毒力和OMP P5基因研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了进一步研究副猪嗜血杆菌FS0307株的特性,本研究对该菌株的外膜蛋白P5基因进行测序分析,并进行其对豚鼠的致病力研究。结果显示,Hps FS0307株的序列与相同血清型的国际标准株SW124的同源性为98.3%,与多数国内分离株的同源性在98%以上,与美国分离株2170B的同源性为95.6%,而与3株其他血清型国际标准株的同源性在89.5%~95.1%之间;遗传系统进化树显示与4型国内分离株SC085(HM747106)在同一分支上。且能引起豚鼠100%发病,100%死亡。说明Hps FS0307株与国内流行菌株更相似,是1株优良的副猪嗜血杆菌病疫苗的制苗菌株。 To further study the features of Haemophilus Parasuis(Hps)FS0307strain,outer membrane protein P5 gene of the strain was analysed,and its virulence was measured with guinea pigs.The results showed that the sequence homology of FS0307 strains was more than 98%,98.3%and95.6% with most domestic strains reference strain SW124 and American strain 2170 B,respectively.and,89.5%-95.1% with other international standard strains was ranged from.Genetic phylogenetic tree of FS0307 strain with domestic strain SC085(HM747106)is on the same branch.The incidence and mortality of 100% were observed in guinea pigs inoculated with Hps FS0307 strain.These results indicated that FS0307 strain is more similar to the domestic epidemic strains,and is an excellent condidate strain for Haemophilus parasuis disease vaccine.
