镁锰水滑石氧化沉淀法制备及其热分解特性研究 被引量:2

Preparation and thermal decomposition properties of Mg-Mn layered double hydroxides with oxidation precipitation method

摘要 采用氧化沉淀法制备了摩尔比为2∶1、3∶1、4∶1的3种镁锰水滑石,通过粉末X射线衍射、红外光谱和热重-差热分析等手段对合成的样品进行结构表征。研究结果表明,采用氧化沉淀法成功制得了不同摩尔比的镁锰水滑石,且所制得的水滑石结构完整、晶相单一。然后以合成的镁锰水滑石为前驱体,采用XRD表征研究了其在不同温度下热分解产物的物相变化规律。 Three types of Mg-Mn layered double hydroxides with molar ratios of 2:1, 3:1, and 4:1 were synthesized by an oxidation precipitation method. The structure of synthesized samples was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and thermo gravimetric-differential thermal analysis. The results show that Mg/Mn layered double hydroxides with varying Mg-Mn molar ratios can be successfully prepared by oxidation precipitation, and the obtained layered double hydroxides has a complete structure and single crystal phase. The synthetic Mg3 Mn layered double hydroxides as a precursor for calcined products and the mechanism of phase variation of composition at different temperatures is also discussed.
