摘要
损失比是震害损失评估中一个至关重要的参数,它的取值是损失评估工作中一个十分重要的环节。尤其是大震时,大范围的房屋或各类工程结构遭到破坏,损失比取值微小的变化就会引起总损失值有较大的变动。因此,能够合理地给出损失比的取值范围对震害损失评估工作具有重要意义。针对铁路系统各组成部分的结构特点,采用适当的方法分别给出了铁路线路、挡土墙、梁式桥、拱桥、隧道、供电及通信电线路、机械设备和附属房屋建筑的损失比建议值范围,并与现行的国家标准进行了对比分析。
How to determine the value of loss ratio,which is a crucial parameter for earthquake loss assessment,is an important work in earthquake disaster loss assessment on site. Especially after large earthquakes,many kinds of engineering structures are damaged on a large-scale,so a tiny change of loss ratio will cause a big change of total loss. Therefore,it is of great significance for earthquake disaster loss assessment to give the value range of loss ratio reasonably. Aiming at the structural characteristics of each component of railway system,the appropriate methods are used to determine the proposed scope of loss ratio values of railway lines,retaining walls,girder bridges,arch bridges, tunnels, power supply and communication lines, mechanical equipments and ancillary buildings respectively. Finally,the proposed loss ratio values are compared with those of the existing national standards.
