摘要
给出了固定避难场所选址的影响因素,应用层次分析法与信息熵相结合的方法确定影响因素权重。建立了多目标规划选址模型,并用粒子群算法对模型进行求解。模型综合考虑了避难场所的灾害风险、区位规模和防灾救灾设施等因素,因此模型具有较高的实际应用价值。最后,结合实例,验证了该模型与求解算法的有效性和适用性。
The factors influencing the fixed shelter location were given,and the weights of factors were determined based on combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy value method(EVM). A multi-objective location model was established,and the model was solved by particle swarm algrithm. The model considers fully such factors as the shelter's disaster risk,location scale and disaster relief facilities,so it has a higher value of practical application. Finally,an example is presented to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed model and sloving algorithm.
