基于铝镁硅合金电阻计算的MИTИCCEH-ΦИЛEMHГ规则修正

摘要 为了解决因缺少对合金元素与电阻之间的定性定量研究所导致的当前生产或实验过程依然以简单的实验法来制备所需导线的问题,基于MИTИCCEH-ΦИЛEMHГ规则对电阻率的定义性描述,引入由合金元素引起的缺陷电阻率增值变量,建立合金元素与电阻率的计算模型.结果表明,在相同工艺条件下,对于不同合金成分Al-Mg-Si合金导线而言,其修正规则计算模型计算值与实测值更为吻合,误差率不大于0.5%.因此,此计算模型可以作为优化和预测合金导线成分设计的理论依据. In order to solve the problem that the wires are fabricated with simple experimental methods in current production and experiment processes due to the lack of qualitative and quantitative studies in the relationship between the alloying elements and resistance,the specific resistance increment variable caused by the alloying elements was introduced based on the defining description of resistance in MИTИCCEH-ΦИЛEMHГ rule,and the computational model for both alloying elements and specific resistance was established. The results showthat under the same processing condition,the computational values obtained with the revised rule are in better agreement with the measured ones for the Al-M g-Si alloy wires with different chemical compositions,and the error rate is less than 0. 5%. Therefore,the proposed computational model can be taken as the theoretical basis in the optimization and prediction of composition of alloy wire.
