摘要
为了更有效应用碳纤维布进行结构加固,对6根不同配筋率的预裂钢筋混凝土梁进行CFRP加固加载试验,研究了在采用半包粘贴CFRP加固方式时,不同配筋率和不同碳纤维布层数对梁的极限承载力恢复程度、破坏形态和裂缝开展情况的影响.分析结果表明,碳纤维布在很大程度上提高了试验梁的整体刚度,改变了加固梁的破坏形态,采用半包式粘贴纤维布能较好地限制碳纤维布与混凝土之间的剥离,使之恢复到预裂时的极限承载力,满足正常使用要求.
In order to adopt the carbon fiber reinforced polymer( CFRP) for structural reinforcement more effectively,the CFRP reinforcement loading test for six pre-splitting concrete beams with different reinforcement ratio was performed. Under the condition of adopting the CFRP reinforcement mode in half-packing paste way,the effect of different reinforcement ratio and different CFRP layer number on the recovery degree of ultimate bearing capacity,failure mode and crack propagation situation of the beams was studied. The results indicate that the CFRP can obviously increase the overall stiffness of test beams,and change the failure mode of the beams. Furthermore,the CFRP reinforcement mode in half-packing paste way can better restrict the peeling between the CFRP and concrete,and the ultimate bearing capacity before pre-splitting can be recovered to satisfy the normal use demand.
