摘要 为了优选弹体材料脆性带加工方案,提高弹体材料有效破片率,并研究脆性带对弹体材料冲击性能的影响规律,采用激光相变的方法,在弹体材料50SiMnVB表面加工得到具有不同密度的脆性带.对脆性带进行冲击破碎试验,观察脆性带对断裂过程产生的影响,并对不同密度脆性带对试件断裂的影响进行对比分析.结果表明:脆性带对脆性材料50SiMnVB冲击性能影响显著;试件断裂位置的差异是由脆性带角度不同造成的;脆性带密度越大,冲击吸收功越小. In order to optimally select the processing schemes for the brittleness belt of shell materials,enhance the effective fragmentation rate of shell materials,and research the effect of brittleness belt on the impact property of shell materials,the brittleness belt with different densities on the surface of shell material 50SiMnVB was processed with a laser transformation method. The impact crushing test was performed for the brittleness belt,and the effect of brittleness belt on the fracture process was observed. In addition,the effect of brittleness belt with different densities on the fracture of specimens was compared and analyzed.The results showthat the brittleness belt has significant influence on the impact property of brittle material 50SiMnVB,and the difference in the fracture position of specimens is caused by the difference in the angles of brittleness belt. The greater the density of brittleness belt is,the lower the impact absorbing energy is.
