摘要
运用波特提出的五种竞争力量对我国商业零售企业进行行业分析 ,指出企业应灵活运用波特的三种竞争战略 :差异化战略、成本领先战略。
In this paper, a conjoint analysis on the retail industry is given based on Poter′s five competitive forces. In order to obtain competitive advantages,China′s retail business should flexibly apply Poter′s three competitive strategies: lowest cost, differentiation, and focus strategy.
