摘要
《博物馆条例》于2015年3月20日起施行。它将引发博物馆全行业健康、持续发展,非常值得研究和关注。本文从教育功能与藏品合法性、真实性、安全性及博物馆价值共建等方面进行了解读,期待同仁交流互动,以更好推进依法治馆。
The Regulations on Museum was enacted on March 20 th,2015.It will engender a remarkable transformation of the whole sector.The article interprets the regulations in terms of education,legal status of collection,authenticity,security and museum values.Comments from colleagues are welcome,in order to promote the development of museums by law.
