Game Analysis on the Phenomenon of Ignoring the Irregularities

漠视违规不仅是对微观个体 (受害人 )的利益伤害 ,从福利经济学的角度考虑 ,还给总体社会福利带来极大损失。利用博弈的方法解释、分析了这种现象 。

Ignoring the irregularities will leads to both the infraction of the individual(victim) and the dramatic losing of the social welfare form the point of view of welfare economics.Based on the analysis of the phenomenon through the games theory,some countermeasures are given.
