摘要
文章运用实例论证了企业在制定生产计划过程中 ,各种因素的变化对企业生产计划的影响。通过灵敏度分析 ,用定量的方法为企业制定合理的生产计划 ,进行资源优化配置 。
In the process of making production planning for enterprises, many factors may affect the enterprises′ production and benefit. This artide applies instances to analyze the effect. The sensitivity analysis method and the quantified analysis method which applied in authorizing production planning for enterprises can regulate the production planning, which will effectively assure the benefit maximum.
