环京津地区土地生态服务价值时空分异特征

Spatio-temporal Differentiation of Land Ecosystem Service Value in the Surrounding Regions of Beijing and Tianjin

为促进京津冀一体化协同发展及生态环境建设,利用遥感解译获得的环京津地区73个县(市)的土地利用变化数据,计算1996~2011年该区域的土地生态服务价值,并运用敏感性指数验证了所计算的土地生态服务价值可信度。引入生态系统服务价值动态度及相对变化率指数模型,分别对环京津地区土地生态服务价值的时间、空间变化进行了分析。结果显示:在空间分布上,环京津地区土地生态服务价值表现出由西北向东南逐渐减少的特征;在时间变化上,环京津地区不同的土地利用类型生态系统服务价值量变化规律略有不同,其中园地、水域的生态服务价值量变化最为剧烈;耕地、草地的生态系统服务价值量变化最为缓和,但环京津地区土地生态服务总价值随时间的推移呈缓慢减少的趋势;在空间变化上,西部高山丘陵区的土地生态服务价值变化较剧烈,东南部平原区变化较缓,1996~2011年间,生态服务价值变化最剧烈的地区集中在保定西部山区及张家口局部地区。

To promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration and the construction of ecological environment, this paper collected the land use change data from 73 counties(cities), calculated the values of ecosystem services in the surrounding regions of Beijing and Tianjin from1996 to 2011, and verified the reliabilities of the calculated ecosystem services values using sensitivity parameter. Using the dynamic degrees models and the relative change rate models of ecosystem services values, their spatio-temporal changes were discussed in the surrounding regions of Beijing and Tianjin. The results found that the ecosystem services values gradually decreased from the northwest to the southeast in the surrounding regions. They changed with time under different land use types. The most dramatic changes of ecological service values were found in the garden land and water area, but the slowest changes in the farm land and grass land. The total values of ecosystem services slightly decreased from1996 to 2011. The spatial variations of ecosystem service values were bigger in the western mountains and hills regions than in the southeast plain regions.The most violent variations of the ecosystem services values were mainly found in the western mountains of Baoding and some regions of Zhangjiakou from 1996 to 2011.
