摘要
多溴联苯醚作为一种添加型阻燃剂,在工业生产中被广泛使用。但由于其具有较高的生物富集效应和致癌性,且其在环境中的暴露水平日益提高,因此掌握多溴联苯醚在环境中的行为特征及降解途径非常必要。在分析多溴联苯醚的理化学性质、暴露途径和污染水平的基础上,总结了其光降解及好氧、厌氧微生物降解的主要途径,并分析其生物富集与放大及生态毒理效应,同时简要阐述了多溴联苯醚检测方法的研究现状。最后,提出了多溴联苯醚研究中存在的问题及对未来的展望。
Poly brominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) are a group of brominated flame retardants additive which are widely used in industrial productions. PBDEs are highly bioaccumulative and cancerogenic. With the increasing levels of PBDEs, it is urgent to further understand the behavioral characteristics and degradation pathways of PBDEs in environment. Based on the analysis of chemical properties, exposure pathways and levels of PBDEs, this paper summarizes the major routine of photochemical degradation, aerobic and anaerobic biodegradation. Furthermore, the bioaccumulation, biological magnification and ecotoxicological effects of PBDEs are analyzed. The analytical methods of PBDEs are also briefly reviewed. Finally, future studies of PBDEs are put forward in this paper.
