经典影视作品一般指具有长期保存价值,反映特定时期内影视行业发展水平的电影、电视作品。为达到有效保存和便捷传播的目的,将传统形式录制的经典影视作品进行数字化处理有着巨大的实践意义。但在数字化过程中,无疑会出现著作权保护的相关问题。如何在厘清权利的基础上有效解决可能出现的著作权纠纷是文章的研究重点。

Classic film and television works generally refer to have long-term preservation value which reflect the prosperity of the film industry of different eras. In order to preserve effectively and spread conveniently, it is important to digitize these classic film and television works. There is no doubt that issues related to intellectual property protection will arise in the digitization process. This paper focuses on the effective resolution of possible disputes regarding the clarification of rights and obligations based on current IP laws.
