基于系统论的投资回收机制研究在海南联网二回工程中的应用

摘要 探寻建立一种解决复杂工程组投资回收机制的模型。运用了系统论方法,讨论了2种回收机制方法,选择了一套技术经济指标,建立了一种回收机制研究模型。结果表明,在分摊电量加价回收机制模型的刻画下,选用的技术经济指标可以很好地反映工程财务状况,为工程投资决策起到积极的辅助作用。 This paper seeks to establish an investment recovery mechanism to solve the complicated project grouping problem,and with the system theory approach,it discusses two recovery mechanisms and selects a set of technical and economic indicators to set up a study model for the recovery mechanism. The results suggest that in the description of the price-increase-for-electricity-sharing recovery mechanism,the technical and economical indicators chosen can better reflect the financial conditions of a project and play an active suppor-ting role in the decision-making of the project investment.
