制药企业环境污染治理模式与途径——基于河北区域制药企业生态工程

A Control model and the Approach of Pharmaceutical Businesses Environment Pollution——Based on Business Ecological Engineering in Hebei Province

制药工业是国家环保部确定的重点治理污染行业之一,制药业的环境治理问题受到政府、社会的高度重视与普遍关注。尽管越来越多的制药企业已经在开展清洁生产,但企业的环境污染问题并未从源头得到解决。生态工程是提高企业生命力、竞争力与可持续发展能力的系统工程,旨在从理念、过程、技术与管理等方面全方位提高企业生态绩效,这也是制药企业治理环境污染的一剂良方。河北省是中国重要的制药工业基地之一,具有良好的医药产业发展基础。在河北省制药企业中推广实施生态工程对推进京津冀协同发展,构建区域生态共生机制,促进医药产业转型升级具有重要意义。

Pharmaceutical industry has been identified as one of the priority industries of pollution governance by the Ministry of Environmental Protection,and the related issues have been paid close attention by the government and society. The environmental pollution has not been resolved from sources in spite of more and more businesses are engaged in clean production. Ecological engineering,system engineering for promoting businesses' vitality,competitiveness and sustainable development,is aimed at improving ecological performance comprehensively and being effective for environmental pollution. There is a good foundation for development of pharmaceutical industry in Hebei,which is one of Chinese major pharmaceutical industrial base. It is important for pharmaceutical businesses in Hebei Province to popularize ecological engineering for the sake of promoting integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,regional ecological symbiosis mechanism as well as transformation and upgrading of pharmaceutical industry.
