初中教师心理资本、组织承诺与工作投入三者关系的实证研究

Relationship between Psychological Capital and Organizational Commitment and Job Involvement of Middle school Teachers

运用《教师工作投入问卷》、《教师组织承诺问卷》、《中小学教师心理资本问卷》对481名初中教师进行调查,探讨初中教师心理资本、组织承诺与工作投入的关系,并考查初中教师的组织承诺在其心理资本与工作投入关系之间的作用机制。结果表明:心理资本、组织承诺与工作投入两两显著正相关;组织承诺在初中教师心理资本与工作投入之间回归效应显著,为二者之间重要的中介变量,其中介效应值为0.272。

The 'Organizational Commitment Questionnaire', 'Job Involvement Questionnaire' and'Psychological Capital Questionnaire'were used to investigate 481 middle school teachers in order to explore the relationship between teachers' psychological capital, organizational commitment and job involvement, and examine the mediating effect of organizational commitment between teachers ' psychological capital and job involvement. The main results are that there is a significant positive correlation between psychological capital,organizational commitment and job involvement, and rganizational commitment is an important mediator between psychological capital and job involvement. The mediating effect value was 0.272.
