中美双边贸易的效率评估及最优化改进

A Study on Sino-US Trade Efficiency Evaluation and Optimized Improvement

笔者以帕累托最优条件和效用函数的理论模型为基础,根据2004年~2012年中美双边贸易数据评估了中美贸易结构的经济效率问题,并探讨了向效率最优化改进的方式。结果表明,中美贸易结构是低效率、不经济的。导致这种效率不经济的原因主要是美国多年来实行的严格对华高技术产品出口管制,因此其最优化改进的方式也必须从美国的对华高技术出口管制入手。

With the data of Sino-US trade from 2004 to 2012,this paper evaluates the economic efficiency of the Sino-US trade and explores the way to optimize the efficiency based on Pareto Optimality and the model of utility function. It finds that Sino-US trade structure is inefficient and uneconomic,which is rooted in the long-term strict control of the high-tech exports to China by United States.Therefore,the optimization to improve efficiency should start from relaxing the US'high-tech exports control to China.
