摘要
针对屯堡煤矿1192工作面放顶煤开采顶煤硬度大、冒落性差等难题,通过对注水软化顶煤机理的分析,提出了屯堡煤矿注水软化方案,并成功地进行了屯宝煤矿复杂难采煤层注水软化试验。屯堡煤矿1192工作面煤层注水后效果实测表明,对煤体进行预注水软化可以提高厚硬煤层的顶煤冒放性,减少了煤体中能量积聚,工作面顶煤含水率提高,工作面粉尘浓度显著降低,瓦斯相对涌出量降低。
For caving mining face named 1192 of Tunbao coal mine of high hardness of the top-coal and top coal recovery ratio,through the analysis of water softening mechanism of top-coal,lastly,put forward the coal mine water softening,and successfully carried out treasure coal mine complex extracting seam water injection to soften hard test. After Tunbao coal mine 1192 working face of coal seam water injection effect measurement shows that the forecast of coal softening can raise the hard thick coal seam water injection of recovery ratio,and reduced the energy accumulation in the coal,the top-coal face dust concentration decreased significantly,the relative gas emission quantity is reduced.
