摘要
针对显德汪矿1225三软煤层仰采工作面回采过程中的片帮控制难题,在现场统计的基础上,总结了片帮特点,并对片帮原因进行了初步分析。建立了工作面煤壁剪切滑落式片帮的力学模型,分析了片帮的主要影响因素,并确定了治理方向。最后通过采取局部注浆、静压注水和提高护帮板使用率、增设快速移架装置及带压移架等措施实现了1225工作面的安全回采。
Aimed at the rib spalling control problem in the three-soft and upward No. 1225 face of Xiandewang colliery,the characteristic was summarized and the cause was analyzed preliminarily according to the field statistic. By establishing the mechanics model of shear slide spalling,the main influence factors were analyzed and the control detection was determined. At last the means of partical grouting,static water infusion,increasing the usage rate of face guard,adding the fast moving equipment and sliding advance of support were put forward,which ensured the safe mining of No. 1225 face.
