摘要
作为一种科学、有效的支护手段,注浆加固技术在煤矿松软破碎巷道围岩支护中的应用越来越广泛。在阐释注浆加固巷道围岩的作用机理的基础上,从注浆材料性质、围岩性质、注浆工艺方法的选择3个方面,分析了影响注浆加固效果的因素。此外,总结出了目前注浆孔深度、注浆孔间排距、注浆压力、浆液扩散半径等注浆参数的选择原则和方法,为巷道围岩注浆加固提供了参考依据。
As a kind of scientific and effective means of supporting science,grouting reinforcement technology applied in the broken soft roadway supporting is used more and more widely. Describes the theoretical basis on the mechanism of grouting,analyses the influence factors of grouting reinforcement effect by means of three aspects,that is the selection with grouting material properties,rock properties and grouting method. Finally,many current selection principles and methods are summed up,which are suitable for grouting hole depth,grouting hole distance,grouting pressure,slurry grouting diffusion radius and other parameters. A reference is provided for roadway reinforcement grouting.
