摘要
针对复杂工况中硬厚煤层高产、高效综采需要,改进以往同类产品不足,创新研制MG500/1140-GWD电牵引采煤机;本机采用新型铸造材料ZG25Mn2Ⅱ,同时改进截割部、牵引部相应齿轮传动系统设计,在满足强度前提下减少摇臂壳体和牵引壳体体积,增大18%过煤空间,滚筒扭矩提高至175 k N·m,牵引力增加至800 k N,提高了采煤机爬坡和过断层能力;进口成熟元件和多项专利的应用,使得该机井下工作期间运行平稳。
According to the high efficient need of hard coal complicated conditions,MG500/1140-GWD electric haulage shearer was developed on the previous similar products. The shearer adopts the new type cast material ZG25Mn2 II,while improving the cutting part,haulage part and gear transmission system design,reduce the cutting part volume and haulage part volume in order to increase 18% coal space,improve roller torque to 175 k N·m,the haulage force was increased to 800 k N,improving the coal shearer climbing and crossing ability; using the imported mature elements and many patents,During the coal mine working,running smoothly,high yield and high efficiency.
