黄芪多糖组分-A1对豚鼠自身免疫性脑脊髓炎的抑制作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨黄芪多糖组分-A1(APS-A1)是对自身免疫性脑脊髓炎的抑制作用。方法用2.5、5、10 mg/kg的APS-A1对自身免疫性脑脊髓炎豚鼠模型灌胃28 d。检测神经功能评分,血清CD+4/CD+8含量,血浆白细胞介素(IL)-1、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10的含量及血浆神经肽Y(NPY)、阿片受体β-内啡肽(β-EP)的含量,并对神经元进行形态学观察。结果 APS-A1剂量依赖性地抑制自身免疫性脑脊髓炎豚鼠神经功能评分下降、生化指标、神经递质及形态学等各项指标的变化(P<0.05)。结论 APS-A1具有抑制自身免疫性脑脊髓炎的作用。
