肾周脂肪囊恶性淋巴瘤1例

摘要 恶性淋巴瘤是来自淋巴细胞及其前体细胞的肿瘤,而以肾周脂肪囊肿物为首发表现的恶性淋巴瘤少见。现结合本院肾周脂肪囊弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤1例的诊治过程,结合临床和文献资料进行临床病理分析。1临床资料男患,65岁。体检发现右侧腹部包块20 d,伴右上腹及右侧腰背部呈持续性钝痛,不伴有尿频、尿急、尿痛及血尿。近1个月体重下降约10 kg,无发热。既往右肾结石7年.
