目的:分析制药企业价值与市场结构、市场结构与国家药物政策的关系,并基于此探讨国家药物政策的取向及其对制药业的影响。方法:给出一般数理分析模型,撇开药物细分的差异,通过逻辑推导得出结论。结果与结论:资本以企业为价值增值载体,在市场中寻求机会,从而导致相应的市场结构,这会对国家药物政策产生影响,导致行业内将出现优胜劣汰的局面。政府的角色应是主要针对药物生产进行监督、管理和检查。

Objective:To analyze the relationship between pharmaceutical value and market structure, analyze the relationship be-tween market structure and National Drug Policy, discuss the direction of National Drug Policy and the influence of pharmacy.Methods:General mathematical model were given, dismiss the differences of medicine sorting, conclusion was given based on logical derivation.Results and Conclusion:Based on value added capital, enterprises seek opportunities in the market, which resulted in correspondingmarket structure. It would influence National Drug Policy, which would lead the situation of industry evolution. The role of the govern-ment should be focused on drug production supervision, management and inspection.
