摘要 目的:通过价差模型对原研药和仿制药价格差异进行实证研究,对合理确定原研药和仿制药价格差异提供建议。方法:利用价差率公式建立原研药与仿制药差异比率模型,研究原研药与仿制药价格差异程度。结果:原研药和仿制药在不同剂型和不同类别的价差率都偏高。结论:导致原研药和仿制药价格差异大的原因是多方面的,可以通过建立科学的药效评价机制和原研药动态价格调控机制、给予原研药价格一定的指导价和市场价空间等措施来合理确定原研药和仿制药价格差异。 Objective:The expectation disconfirmation model was applied to perform empirical analysis on the price deviation ofbranded drugs and generics, so as to provide suggestions for reasonably deciding the price deviation of branded drugs and generics.Methods:The price deviation ratio formula was used to establish deviation ratio model of branded drugs and generics and analyze theprice deviation degree of branded drugs and generics.Results:Branded drugs and generics had high differences in different dosageform and different type.Conclusion:There were many reasons for the high price deviation in branded drugs and generics. The pricedeviation in branded drugs and generics could be reasonably designed by building up scientific medicine evaluation mechanism, brand-ed drugs dynamic price control mechanism, giving guidance price for branded drug prices and marketing price space method.
