国内六市现行综合类医疗服务价格比较研究

Comparison Analysis on Price Level of the Current Comprehensive Medical Services in 6 Domestic Cities

目的:比较分析上海与国内其他5个同类型城市的综合服务类价格,为价格制定和调整提供依据。方法:采用标准化法,构建价格的统一权重,以加权平均价格、价格相对比和价格绝对差为指标比较总体价格水平,并直接比较单个项目价格和归类。结果:比较84个项目。与其他5个城市相比,上海综合类医疗服务价格明显偏低,价格与人均可支配收入不相关(R=0.38,P=0.46)。上海明显偏低的项目约占44%,价格居中的项目约占46%,收费偏高的项目占综合服务类项目的11%。结论:上海应继续加大综合服务类医疗服务项目的价格调整,优化综合类服务价格结构。

Objective:To compare and analyze prices of comprehensive medical services in Shanghai and 5 domestic cites ofsame type, so as to provide the basis for price setting and adjustment.Methods:Standardization method was adopted and a unifiedweight was used, indices such as weighted average price, price relative rate and absolute difference were calculated to compare the to-tal price level, and price was compared directly and classified.Results:84 items were compared. Compared with the 5 other cities,the overall price level was apparently lower in Shanghai, comprehensive service price level and per capita disposable income were notcorrelated(R=0.38, P=0.46). The obviously lower price projects accounted for about 44%, middle-level price items accounted forabout 46%, and the proportion of high price items was 11%.Conclusion:Shanghai government should continue to strengthen the ad-justment of comprehensive medical service price and optimize the comprehensive medical service price structure.
