摘要
以内生真菌侵染(E+)和未侵染的(E-)醉马草(Achnatherum inebrians)植株中提取的挥发油为材料,通过纸上芽床试验,研究其对多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果发现,醉马草挥发油对黑麦草种子萌发具有抑制作用,且受到的抑制作用随挥发油浓度的增加而增大。E+挥发油的抑制作用强于E-,当挥发油浓度达到300mg·mL-1时,黑麦草的发芽率、胚芽长、胚根长、鲜重和干重等均表现出显著差异(P<0.05),过氧化物酶(POD)的活性是E+挥发油处理显著(P<0.05)低于E-处理;但是超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性则是E+挥发油处理显著(P<0.05)高于E-处理。醉马草挥发油提取液对黑麦草种子的萌发和幼苗膜脂过氧化酶有抑制作用,内生真菌的侵染增强了醉马草次生代谢产物的化感作用。
The effects of the volatile oils from drunken horse grass infected(E+)and non-infected(E-)by Neotyphodium gansuense on germination and antioxidative enzyme activity involving superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)of perennial ryegrass(Lolium perenne)were determined.The germination experiment showed that the seed germination and POD activities of the perennial ryegrass under E-treatment were significantly(P<0.05)higher than those under E+ treatment when the volatile oils concentration was greater than or equal to 300mg·mL-1.The inhibition effects increased with the concentration increase of volatile oils.However,the SOD activities of the perennial ryegrass under E-treatment were significantly(P<0.05)lower than those under E+treatment.In conclusion,endophyte infection can strengthen the allelopathic effect of the volatile oils.
