On the European Union Quality Assurance Policy for Vocational Education and Training

欧盟职业教育和培训质量保障政策经过多年发展渐趋成熟。在职业教育和培训质量保障参考框架下,欧盟采取了构建职业教育和培训质量保障网、加强职业教育与高等教育合作、增强欧洲工具之间的协同效应以及明确职业教育和培训质量评估方法等措施。面对经济社会发展新需要,欧盟职业教育和培训质量保障政策呈现出政策目标多元性、利益主体多样性、政策措施可行性以及政策内容适切性等新的特点。

The European Union quality assurance policy for vocational education and training had been mature after years of development.In the EU,the following measures were described within the quality assurance reference framework for vocational education and training:constructing vocational education and training network;enhancing cooperation between higher education and vocational education and training;increasing synergies with EQF and ECVET;establishing quality assessment approaches.Faced with new trends of social and economic development,the EU quality assurance policies for vocational education and training manifested such new features as plural objectives,multiplex stakeholders,practical strategies and suitable contents.
