The reform of national HE Examination and Enrollment System is undoubtedly a systematic reform which involves complex policy decisions and attracts highly intensive and extensive social attention.Facing both the new challenges and new opportunities in the reform,colleges and universities should conduct systematic researches and take integrated measures in the update of education ideas,the standards of talents cultivation and selection,the building of comprehensive evaluation and multi-approach enrollment system,the reform of talent cultivation modes,the innovation of organization management system,and the team building of faculty and teachers,to promote university connotation construction and characteristic development.
