“工士”学位的学理逻辑、法理意义及选择最优性研究 被引量:9

The Logic,Legal Significance and Optimality Selection of the Skilled-Degree

摘要 高等职业教育的范畴属性与职业教育的类型地位决定了高职院校为其毕业生授予学位具有合理性与必要性。从学理逻辑上讲,"工士"学位有其自身的特性,是应用型学术价值的体现,能够填补高等职业教育学位的空白;从法理意义上讲,"工士"学位的提出和实践推进了学位制度的创新,可以推动与学位相关的立法工作,有助于完善学位体系,并促进学位代内正义和学位种际正义的实现。"工士"学位是促进高等职业教育学位制度建设的最优选择。 It is reasonable and necessary to grant academic degrees for the graduates of higher occupational education,which is determined by the category properties and type status of higher occupational education.On the logic basis,the skilled-degree has its own characteristics,and it is the embodiment of the applied academic value;besides,it could fill the blank of academic degree of vocational education.From the aspect of legal significance,skilled-degree can push the innovation in the academic degree system,promote the legislative work of academic degree,improve the academic degree system,and put forward the realization of the degree's intra-generational justice and intergenerational justice.So the skilled-degree is the optimal choice to promote higher occupation education academic degree system.
