摘要
对"团结"不加反思的认识正消磨着团结所具有的教育意义,同时也导致团结概念的狭隘化和庸俗化。团结的教育生活是以友爱精神为基础的公共生活,是具有公共精神和包容意识的生活,是成员之间彼此友好、相互信赖、相互尊重的生活。团结决不意味着为了集体目标而自我放弃和牺牲,相反,它是为了每个学生的个性和能力得到发展;团结也不意味着内部的包容和外部的排斥,它通过对"我们"观念的超越而消解不同团体之间的敌意;团结也不是集体活动中短暂的力量集聚,而应达成一种持久的合作与包容,成为一种稳定的生活状态。团结通过个体的"他人意识"而实现对陌生人的接纳,并使教育生活不断呈现出公共的属性,从而使其具有公民教化的功能。
Without reflection on solidarity,its educational meaning has been wear down and turned to be narrow and vulgar.Solidarity educational life is the public one based on fraternal spiritual.Therefore,it is the life of friendly,trust,and respect from each other.Solidarity means every student should develop their personality and ability,instead of self-abandonment or sacrifice in the name of collective goal.Solidarity dispels hostility between different groups by abandonment of the word us,instead of forgiveness inside and repel outside.Not like the gather strengthen in short in group activities,solidarity should be a lasting cooperation and forgiveness,and be a stable living condition.Solidarity educational life accepts the strangers by conception of others,and presents publicity of educational life,which could have the function of citizens enlightenment.
