摘要本文对英国、美国和德国的高等教育体系分层结构进行深入比较发现,高等教育体系形成期的国家干预是形成一个国家高等教育体系分层结构的根源所在,而重要时机促发的国家抉择决定了不同国家高等教育体系分层变迁的走向,并对国家的高等教育体系分层结构产生决定性作用。 Comparing the higher education systems in Britain,the USA and Germany,the paper argued that the state interventions in the formative stage of the higher education system set the base for stratification in the higher education systems.Besides,the choices of states in critical moments also played critical roles in the evolution directions of the higher education systems.
