关于大中型水库移民后期扶持政策实施监测评估的思考

以发改农经[2011]1033号文件监测评估大纲为基础,针对监测评估工作进行思考。分析监测评估工作现存问题,提出监测评估大纲需完善内容,研究监测评估工作常态化方案,并对监测评估工作进行了展望。

This paper presents some thoughts on the monitoring and evaluation work according to the No. 1033 Document on Agricultural Economics issued by the Development and Reform Commission of China in 2011. The paper analyzes the existing problems on the monitoring and evaluation work, and raises contents to be improved in the monitoring and evaluation,and studies the monitoring and evaluation work in the normal state and puts forwards prospects of the monitoring and evaluation work in the future.
